Major Investments: (with receipts to back up everything)
-$1200 for a replacement Recaro seat. One of the factory recaro seats had worn fabric. It took me two years to find another one from Japan and ship over to Canada. You cannot buy them new anymore so it took a long time to find a used one in good condition.

Cons:
If you look closely, paint has some flaws such as few rock chips and scratches etc.
Steering wheels shakes a bit between 100 and 120km/hr due to flat spots on soft compound tires. This is due to winter storing. I have had the tire balanced multiple times but the only way is to replace the tires. However after a long drive, as tires warm up, shaking almost goes away.  

Comments:
The reasons for selling are financial and personal. I never thought it would get to this point. There is nothing wrong with this MR2. It has been taken care of extremely well to a point of obsession. Regular oil changes every six months ( I only put 5000kms a year on this car) with Royal purple and OEM oil filter. Coolant, transmission, brake and clutch flushes every year like clock work. Polish and wax at least 3 times a year and upto 6 times a year. This MR2 is 100% rust free with all original sheet metal. Not even a tiny bubble. This car has not seen a spec of bondo. Front bumper cover and lower lip have been re-painted. Car has never seen winter, snow or salt on the road since its life in Canada and hardly goes out when it’s raining.

Price:

12,000 dollars for the car and my entire MR2 Lifestyle. This is all the extras that I mentioned above and much more. You can have them all.
